Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@neareal.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@neareal.shop .
We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
